I have been reflecting on the past while listening to Christmas music on the radio this evening. These melodies prompted me to consider the years that have elapsed and reaffirmed that Christmas remains a joyous occasion; however, it is also a time for contemplation regarding the previous years, which have flown by, in a blink of an eye.
I devoted time to reminiscing about happier moments when families were more united.
The notion of gathering only for funerals and weddings is one I find difficult to accept. I was raised in an era characized by greater friendliness among individuals.
I am immensely grateful for the recent opportunity to spend time with a family member who recently passed away. during which we engaged in pleasant conversation over regular cups of tea together.
It is essential to remember that we were blessed with the gift of voices, while modern technology seems increasingly to create distance among us.
I wish all of those who make the time to spend with their families this Chrismss, all of the very wishes.
