It was a glorious sunny day.

It was a glorious sunny day.

I love this photograph. I captured this at the Sue Ryder garden a few years ago.

Today, I went for a lovely walk in the park. I popped to the cafe to have a pot of tea and a slice of cake prior to setting off for another walk. I stopped to sit for a while as I watched the tennis, I reminiscedΒ about the days I used toΒ play tennis at this very same place, with a friend.

I truly appreciate this time of year. Spring is one of my favourite seasons, marking the end of a cold winter. It is when the bulbs begin to bloom, and the parks become filled with more cheerful visitors.π
A recent walk around Central Park. It was a glorious day. π

I had a very enjoyable day in St Ives with my daughter Catherine. We had lunch at a cafΓ© overlooking the Quay and then explored some of the antique shops. It was a very pleasant day.
I love days like this one. It was very relaxing.
It was funny. Catherine and I sat down to watch two episodes of “Absolutely Fabulous” this evening. I couldn’t stop laughing. π

I am presently relaxing with some calming music while relaxing by the side of my Himalayan salt lamp, which is known for its characteristic pink-red-orange glow. It is believed to purify the air and enhance mood by emitting negative ions, although scientific evidence supporting these health benefits is limited.

Some people believe that they can purify the air, improve mental health, and help with asthma. But thereβs little research to back up these claims.
I feel relaxed. π
I used to reside in Yaxley. I had a lovely walk around the village at the weekend, with a friend. It was a particularly lovely evening. The sky looked so pretty and colourful.
