I am enjoying a “Burger In A Bun,” at the Dragonfly. π

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I am a bit of a foodie. I love eating a nice slice of pork pie and a glass of port, mostly on Christmas Eve, depending on where I am at the time. It is my guilty pleasure.
The below photographs were taken a few years ago. The pie was very delicious, however there was no port because I was feeling quite poorly that year. π
I love my “Oxo” picture because Oxo means “Hugs and Kisses.” π

The quality of these photographs are not as good as the originals. The originals were much sharper.
These photos went missing for a time and now they are back in my Google photos. It is pretty bad.
My daughter Lolly, lovingly baked these, when she was still just a teenager. It was a lovely Sunday afternoon and I have photos of Lolly, looking like a typical teenager, very sweet and very pretty.
I can remember the sun shining through the conservatory on that day, making her hair shine softly, in the warm sunlight.Β I will hasten to add that the gingerbread men were a welcomed after-dinner treat on that evening. I β€οΈ Smarty people. π

Recently, I had fun at the Stamford Fair. It was exceptionally quiet on the night, however, I enjoyed the atmosphere. It reminded me of my childhood. π

The first Hot Dogs started in 1867 on Coney Island, New York, when Charles Feltman, a German immigrant and baker by trade, invented the first hot dog as a convenient way for beachgoers to enjoy frankfurter sausages on a long sliced bun without the hassle of plates or silverware. π
