A Portrait of the Queen

A portrait of the late Queen of England, photographed by me, at the Oakham, Rutland Museum.

As a young girl, I held the late Queen of England in the highest regard and regarded her as a good role model. I admired how she represented our nation with grace and dignity. I was deeply affected upon learning of her passing, as it symbolised the loss of not only our Queen but also the values she embodied—her kindness and respect. Throughout my childhood and into my adult life, she led our country with poise and dignity. It is difficult to accept her absence, as she was a constant presence in our lives.

The Queen is profoundly missed. Her elegance remains an enduring testament to her legacy.
