Last week, I had the opportunity to take a day off from work. The weather was beautiful and sunny, so I decided to take a road trip to Hunstanton. It was a refreshing and peaceful experience, allowing me to enjoy the calming sea air.

It was delivered to me, in Salisbury, Wiltshire, at a Royal Air Force children’s Christmas Party. Santa came to visit in a helicopter, and he delivered presents to every child at the party in person. 🙂

I grew up during a time when England was at its peak. While there has always been immigration to this country, it was managed in a manner that did not overwhelm our public services, such as the NHS. It was an era where travelling from point A to point B was quite straightforward, with minimal traffic on the roads. Reflecting on those times, I find it challenging to recognize the current state of the country.

I have only ever attended British schools, and all of my school friends, as a child, were all White British.
Individuals who have been raised in a different country typically speak the language of that country and may possess a regional accent linked to their place of upbringing.
The English language is my primary language.
