It was once a seaside retreat for the King, however, it’s now a major tourist attraction known for its exotic charm and lavish design.

The alarm went off at the usual time this morning. However, usually on a Saturday morning, I have a little bit of a lie-in, but not this morning as I was working today.
The alarm went off, and I pressed the snooze button. Yes, I’m Frances de Snoozer. 😂 As a matter of fact, I pressed the Snooze button three times this morning, then on the final time I wanted to have another minute in bed and then another minute! It was hard work getting out of bed this morning, however I eventually managed to kick myself out of bed. 😀
Someone has just asked if I have ever tried getting ‘someone else’ to kick me out of bed in the mornings. I don’t think so. 😁 I am one of those women who likes to wake up gently in the mornings.🙂 If I am gently woken, then I am in a better frame of mind for the rest of the day. I like to have a good stretch before I get out of bed.
Getting out of bed in the mornings can be like emerging from a cosy cocoon into the wide world. It often involves a battle between the warmth of the blankets and the call of responsibility.😊
