  • “I love having my nails prettily painted,” it indicates a fondness for the aesthetic of nicely adorned nails, possibly suggesting enjoyment in the process of painting them or the appearance afterwards.

The photographs below show just how much pleasure I have had over the last few years, from sparkly to colourful, it has been fun.

  • Robins are often considered a symbol of good luck and joy in many cultures. In gardens, they’re known for their friendly demeanour and melodious songs, adding charm to any outdoor space.

The well-known phrase, ‘When robins appear, loved ones are near.’  When robins are seen, some people take comfort that loved ones are at peace, and many believe that their lost loved ones are visiting them.

This little Robin lived in my garden for a short while.

  • Leaves come in various shapes and sizes, ranging from the broad leaves of trees to the delicate fern fronds. Leaves play a vital role in converting sunlight into energy, essential for plant growth and development.

  • When my daughters were younger, we loved to go out together, as a family, at the weekends. They both loved feeding the ducks.

Feeding the ducks is a simple joy: tossing breadcrumbs or grains into the water and watching the ducks swim over eagerly, quacking and flapping their wings in excitement. It’s a tranquil activity, often enjoyed in parks or by ponds, where you can connect with nature and appreciate the beauty of these graceful creatures.

Both of my children are adults and they have both completed University, since this photo was taken by me.
