  • Bourne  – Walking Over The Bridge

  • Bourne Memorial Park

    I took a lovely walk around Bourne Memorial Park today, after visiting an elderly relative. It was nice to get a breath of fresh air.

    Bourne Memorial Park in Lincolnshire, England, is a picturesque green space with various recreational facilities. It features well-maintained gardens, a children’s play area, sports fields, and walking paths. The park is a popular spot for picnics, leisurely strolls, and outdoor activities, offering a serene escape for locals and visitors alike

  • My Saturday Night Treat

    Someone asked what my tipple is. A classic gin and tonic, especially in the summertime, because it is a refreshing cocktail when made with gin, tonic water, ice and often garnished with a slice of lime or lemon.

    The crisp, botanical flavours of the gin complement the bittersweetness of the tonic water, resulting in a balanced and zesty drink.

    I do not drink excessively, however I sometimes like to treat myself. 😃

    I stitched two photographs together and this is the result. It looks pretty cool. What is so significant about the lion? I am a Leo the Lion birth sign 🙂
