  • Easter is a Christian holiday that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, as described in the New Testament of the Bible. It’s considered the most important and joyful event in the Christian calendar. Easter typically falls on a Sunday in spring, following Good Friday, which commemorates Jesus’ crucifixion.

Many people celebrate Easter with religious services, joyful gatherings, and symbolic traditions like decorating eggs, Easter egg hunts, and sharing festive meals. The egg, often painted or filled with treats, represents new life and rebirth, reflecting the meaning of the resurrection.

  • Goodness! I was very much a Victoria Principle when I was younger. We even had the same hairstyle. Andy Gibb reminds me of my ex, with the same hairstyle. That was a long time ago. 😃😃

  • Among the Lilies
I’ll lie among the lilies fair,
With petals bright and scented air,
Their silent song, a lover’s sigh,
Beneath the vast and endless sky.

  • I loved this comedy series.

  • Momentarily, He Gazed Into My Eyes

Momentarily, he gazed into my eyes,
A fleeting hush beneath the skies,
Where time forgot to move, to breathe,
And left us hanging in between.

No words were spoken, none were planned,
Just silent waves from heart to hand,
    A glance, a spark, a quiet plea,
Of things unsaid, of what could be.

The world around began to fade,
And in his stare, a story made,
Of past regrets and future dreams,
    Of hidden truths and in-between.

But like a whisper in the night,
He turned away, escaped the light,
And all that lingered were the skies,
Where momentarily, he met my eyes.
