  • I have been reflecting on the past while listening to Christmas music on the radio this evening. These melodies prompted me to consider the years that have elapsed and reaffirmed that Christmas remains a joyous occasion; however, it is also a time for contemplation regarding the previous years, which have flown by, in a blink of an eye.

I devoted time to reminiscing about happier moments when families were more united.

The notion of gathering only for funerals and weddings is one I find difficult to accept. I was raised in an era characized by greater friendliness among individuals.

I am immensely grateful for the recent opportunity to spend time with a family member who recently passed away. during which we engaged in pleasant conversation over regular cups of tea together.

It is essential to remember that we were blessed with the gift of voices, while modern technology seems increasingly to create distance among us.

I wish all of those who make the time to spend with their families this Chrismss, all of the very wishes.

  • I hope you don’t mind me sharing a delightful memory from my early childhood. You see, when I was quite young and had not yet embarked on my school journey, I had the wonderful opportunity to accompany my mother to the cinema. It was truly a special occasion, as it marked the very first film I ever experienced in that magical setting, the Cinema.

I have loved going to the cinema ever since. I simply love the movies and anything to do with movie making. I am a huge fan of the films and music too.

I loved The Sound Of Music so much. I can remember being in the local park at the age of 7 years old. I was trying to reenact this scene in the video, by jumping from bench to bench, whilst singing the song, with my late Aunty Monty. I can remember missing the bench and falling. I hurt my face on the bench and I still have the scar on my knee, it hurt so much at the time. I was living RAF Old Sarum, Salisbury in Witshire, at the time. I was more upset at losing my signet ring though, when it fell off my finger.
