Another film I loved. 😃
Actor Mel Gibson made a cameo appearance as Frances’ father in the 1997 film FairyTale: A True Story. The movie is about two children who take pictures of themselves with fairies in 1917, and some believed the photos were the first scientific evidence of fairies.
I was a huge fan of Mel Gibson, ever since his Mad Max, Passion of Christ and What Womamen Want films.

I can remember the year this Disney film was released. It was the year my youngest daughter Lauren was born, 1995.
During my youth, I frequently spent time beneath the willow tree at the Stamford Meadows. I particularly enjoyed reading in this serene location on summer Sunday afternoons.
Of course, I grew up in Stamford Lincolshire. This is a photograph of the very same tree in Stamford. I used to have a lovely photograph of my daughters playing here as children during a family picnic. I loved this willow tree. Similar to “Old Mother Willow.” The film starred actor Mel Gibson, Christian Bale, and Irene Bedard.

I was a huge David Cassidy fan. I went to see him perform in a westend Theatre some years ago. I watched the musical “Time” some years ago. I loved it. I sat very close to the stage. 🤩
