Aww Singing On Smule With People From Around The World 🙂

I love my site because it means that I get to sing with people from around the world, which is what this site is all about. I am so fortunate to have travelled to many countries around the world….and I hope to travel to many more in the future.

Q. My boyfriend says he did not have full sexual intercourse with one of my friends, but he has had a sexual relationship with her. Should I forgive him? I am finding it hard to continue a friendship or a relationship with my boyfriend right now. Do you think I should forgive him? I don’t think that I could forgive her in a hurry. I feel a lack of trust from both parties. I just want to curl up and die. Please tell me what I should do to get over them both.

Your friend does not sound like a very nice person and I am sad to tell you this, however, she could not have been a very good friend, therefore you should make a new friend. She really does not sound like a very nice person at all.

As for your boyfriend, he has also broken that trust and it may be very difficult to ever trust him again. Do you love him? Are you willing to forgive him? It sounds like your mind might be in a state of turmoil as two of the people you were close to have completely broken your trust in them. You should perhaps consider finding a new partner, one who won’t let you down and someone who you can rely upon and trust. You do not want to duplicate your past relationship. You need to then build up a mutual trust for each other. Look out for the warning signs, in the early stages of your relationship together. If he does not respect the kind of a person you are, then back away slowly.

Breast Screening

Today I went for my 3 yearly Breast Screening appointment.

Breast screening is crucial for early detection of breast cancer, which significantly increases the chances of successful treatment and survival.

Regular screenings can detect abnormalities before symptoms appear, allowing for timely intervention and potentially less aggressive treatment options.

It’s an essential tool in women’s healthcare for maintaining breast health and reducing mortality rates from breast cancer.

Many people know of at least one person they might feel close to, who has perhaps been diagnosed with the early stages of breast cancer. The members of staff at our local Breast Unit are all such dedicated members of staff, who go over and beyond sometimes. They deserve tremendous support for the role they play in making everyone feel at ease and welcomed, from day one of their treatment or even if it is just for screening. They are an amazing bunch of staff.

I felt so at ease with the ladies I saw today, at my appointment. Thank you.

My Little Concoction

I cannot wait to try some of this drink. It is something a friend has been drinking for several months and she passed it on to me.

This drink contains:

Root Ginger

Root Tumeric

Lemons

Finely chopped flat parsley

1 tsp of sugar

Apple cider vineger

On the way home from work today, I chatted to a lovely lady at the bus stop. She reminded me so much of my Aunty Barbara, who sadly passed away a few years ago. Our families were very close when we were younger. In fact I still see my childhood friend Diane occasionally.

The lady was very chatty and we established that she was from Yorkshire too, just like Aunty Barbara.

The lady had a daughter who was on her way to pick her up, as she was in the area and when she arrived at the bus stop, she asked if her daughter could give me a lift home. They were both so sweet.

Some people are just lovely. 😃
My Favourite! Waitrose.
